The Executive Committee of the Church of God has authorized the formation of the Church of God Foundation (Foundation). This non-profit corporation will be responsible for assisting local churches and their people in Estate and Financial Planning and Trust Services. The Foundation will, also, lend money to local churches as they grow. The President of the Foundation is Al Taylor who, also, serves as Director of the Department of Stewardship Ministries. The proceeds from the Fixed-Rate Revocable Trusts are used to loan money to local Churches of God. The loans are secured by the real estate of the local church. The Fixed-Rate Revocable Trusts are direct, unsecured obligations of the Church of God Foundation. The trusts are not issued by a bank and are not insured by the FDIC or any other entity.
